It would be great if there were guided curriculums to work through after taking the initial assessment. Something akin to “plans” in the Bible App. The plan could be made up of exercises organized into a curriculum roadmap (based on the assessment results of each user). Instead of a static pdf document containing exercise instructions, each exercise could function as a mini app (with daily instructions, checkboxes and journal entry).
For reference, I had these thoughts while setting up a plan and reviewing the “30 days of gratitude” exercise.
